Cells & Hormones
1. Cells & Calcium
Human body cells cannot live without Calcium. The differential in calcium density inside the cell (Intercellular) as opposed to the outside of the cell (Extra cellular) must be kept at 1/10,000.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Parathyroid Hormone
Parathyroid hormone is a watch dog for calcium movement into the cell membrane. Calcium is an information messenger. Calcium has three information functions in the cells - by electrically excitable cells, nerve cells are able to transmit information and/or provide instruction. Calcium maintains cells youthfully.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. Calcium Regulating Hormones
Calcium activity in the Body: The small parathyroid plays a big role, parathyroid and active type Vitamin D, and Calcitonin in deposit role of Calcium.

Pregnancy and Children's Growth
1. The Life Cycle and Calcium
Pregnancy and Calcium : Calcium acts as the final and indispensable trigger of conception. Dreadful pregnancy related side-effect diseases result in Calcium deficiency; the foetus grows by robbing Calcium from the mother's body; formation and maintenance of pelvis for easy delivery require Calcium; breast feeding and early recovery from child birth require twice the amount of Calcium.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Children's Growth and Calcium
Body growth and Calcium: an increased intake of Calcium makes the Japanese height higher. Children's broken bones are due to Calcium and Vitamin-D deficiency.
Exercise and Calcium: Teeth and Calcium and excessive protein and phosphorous rob the body of Calcium.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3. Brain Development and Calcium
Healthy brain function begins with sufficient intake of Calcium. Inadequate Calcium in the blood makes a person more nervous and activated Vitamin D eliminates the nervousness.
Dreadful symptoms are due to deficiency of Calcium. Some cases of epilepsy are due to low Calcium in the blood; some cases of convulsion are due to calcium deficiency; prevention of Calcium deficiency necessitates an adequate intake of Calcium and bathing in sunlight.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4. Calcium for Self-Defence
The immune function is for your protection from outside physiological disturbance. Calcium deficiency disturbs the immune functions; dreadful auto-immune diseases; activated Vitamin-D controls immune functions; prevention of infectious disease requires proper levels of calcium; chronic rheumatoid arthritis and Calcium, abnormal immune functions, trigger kidney disease.

Fight against Calcium Deficiency (CD)
1. How to Solve Calcium Deficiency
Absorption of Calcium is controlled by complicated conditions. There is a marvellous relationship between Calcium absorption and discharge. Taking Calcium rich foods does not necessarily mean a better absorption of Calcium. Absolutely no consequence of too much Calcium intake. However, Calcium Deficiency triggers Calcium paradox, too much phosphorous and protein prevent proper Calcium absorption.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Calcium Intake
The Calcium intake in Japan and other countries: The lowest intake of Calcium in the world is by the Japanese. Among industrialized nations the highest intake of Calcium is by Americans and the lowest intake is by the Japanese. The only Deficit Nutrient among the Japanese is Calcium.
