ELECTROLIZER PTV - K
Purpose
FEATURES AND USAGE OF ACTIVATED WATER
Many of us have heard fairy tales in which heroes regained
their power and youth after they had been sprinkled with live
water. Nowadays the fairly tales take traits of reality: water
activators give these extraordinary features to water.
Drinking water becomes activated during electrolyses: in one
dish of the device water becomes live (alkaline), in the other
– dead (acid) – loaded with low electric charge.
In this way activated water, as it has similar electric charge
to that of liquids of an organism (blood, Lymph), joins the
life activity at once. It helps to recover energetic state
of an organism, to remove reasons of illnesses, strengthens
the immunity, etc. It is a product of nature which helps to
enliven healing powers of an organism itself.
Live water (pH 10-11) - scentless and tasteless (reminds of
rain water). Residues appear in it, indicating pollution of
drinking water. It stimulates the whole organism, cell regeneration,
gives energy, freshness, heals different scratches and wounds
fast. Live water slightly rises blood pressure, effectively
heals stomach and duodenum ulcer, prostate adenoma, yellow
jaundice, psoriasis, helps with digestive troubles and help
to avoid constipation, etc.
Dead water (pH 2.5-3.5) has a slightly sour taste and bactericidal
properties. It brings blood pressure down, helps to ease nerves,
makes sleep better, dissolves salt concentrated on bones,
reduces pain in joints, cures varicose veins, dental diseases,
lumbago, osteoxondrosis, and others. It is the first helper
when having a cold, a sore throat or influenza.
Activated water is also used in beauty therapy (softens skin,
smoothes wrinkles), gardening, vegetable growing, cattle breeding.
One can find out more about activated water in the book written
by P. Sibilskis “Activated and Argentiferous Water”,
it summarizes experience of scientists and medical people
from different countries, and gives more than 100 pieces of
advise on how to use this source of health.Purpose: to produce
two kinds of water: activated or arginteferous.
FEATURES AND USAGE OF ARGENTIFEROUS WATER
Healing properties of argentiferous water have already been
known in old times. Water kept in silver dishes (for ex. sacred
water kept in churches) remains fresh for a long time. Even
a small amount of silver destroys bacteria and microbes when
it get into water. Water filters used in everyday life reduce
chemical water pollution; argentiferous water eliminates biological
pollution as well. It becomes free from microbes, bacteria
that are agents of different diseases.
Small amounts of anger stimulate blood-making organs, increases
amount of albumen in blood. It is enough to switch the electrolizer
for 2-3 seconds and 1,4 liters of argentiferous water is being
made, which is suitable for everyday needs. Such biologically
clean and staying fresh for a long time water is elixir of
health.
The above mentioned book by P. Sibilskis gives more information
on application of argentiferous water for different purposesl.

4. CONSTRUCTION OF THE APPLIANCE AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE
4.1 The appliance consists of the lower vessel (1), removable
vessel (4) and the cover (10) (see fig.l)
4.2 The lower vessel is the vessel where the electrolysis
takes place. On both sides, close to its rim there are handles
(2) with metal pins (3). The semi-circular removable
plastic tank (4), with a wood fibre partition (5) as its front
wall, is put into the lower vessel (There is neither partition
nor removable tank in modification J). There are two markings
on the inside wall of the lower vessel and the removable tank:
the lower mark (7) indicates minimum, the upper (8) mark indicates
maximum water level. The partition is kept in place by a special
fastener (6).
4.3 The wiring is installed in the cover (10) and it is covered
by a plastic lid. The electrodes are mounted in the cover:
flat electrodes (9 and 20) are intended for generating the
activated water (modifications K and A) and round electrodes
(18 and 19) - for production of the silvered water (modifications
K and J). In the cover of the modification K there is plug
to cover the openings for installation of round electrodes
when the electrolyser is used for production of activated
water.
When placing the cover on the lower vessel, the pins (3)
actuate the contacts of the micro switches fitted in the cover
handles (11) and only then the mains is supplied to the wiring.
There are three LEDs installed on the decorative panel (13)
on the top of the cover: the central green LED (15) turns
on when the mains cable plug is inserted in the mains socket,
and the two red LEDs (12, 16) on its sides light when the
activated or silvered water is produced respectively.
The three-position-switch (17) allows to switch-on the appliance
(modification K) for production of either activated or silvered
water. In modifications A and J there is a two position switch.
The electrical wiring is designed so that it is not possible
to operate in both activated and silvered water generation
modes. On the side of the cover there is a cable with a plug
(14).

4.4 The partitions (5) are inserted into specially designed
grooves in the removable tank (4) (modifications K
and A).
4.5 In the course of electrolysis, the lifeless water is
generated around [lie positive electrode - anode, and the
live water is generated around the negative electrode-cathode.
The partitions (5) of the removable vessel (4) ensure the
live and lifeless waters do not mix up.
4.6 When generating the silvered water only, the removable
tank (4) should he taken out from the vessel (1) (modification
K).
4.7 During production of silvered water, the positive (silver)
electrode (18) is disintegrating and in this way the water
is supplied the required volume of 'silver ions.
5. PROPERTIES OF ACTIVATED WATER AND ITS
APPLICATION
5.1 Live water is soft, odourless and resembles the
rainwater when tasted. Immediately following the reaction
there is small quantity of foam appearing on the water surface.
After you pour it into ajar, the water is turbid, however
in 15-20 min. the deposit will settle down and the water becomes
clear and fit for consumption (the volume of the deposit shows
the level of water contamination).
5.2 Live water stimulates propagation of plants, accelerates
sprouting of seeds, blossoming of home flowers, revitalises
the picked up green vegetables, laded flowers and has the
stimulating effect in general.
5.3 Lifeless water is of sour taste with odour characteristic
of acid.
5.4 Lifeless water is good for disinfecting soil,
tare, footwear, it is good for small pests, various micro
organisms and fungi control.
5.5 Both live and lifeless water should be kept in tightly
closed Containers out of reach of direct sun radiation. Keeping
in a refrigerator is not recommended. The live water maintains
its properties up to 7 days, lifeless water - up to 15 days.
5.6 "pH" is the conventional unit used for evaluation of
hydrogen ions concentration. and it may vary from 0 to l4
points. The potable water is neutral and its pH level is approximately
7.0. The pH level of the live water actually available
to consumers varies from 8,0 to 11.0 (the higher the pH level,
the more alkaline water is), for lifeless water the pH level
is 5.5 to 2,8 (the lower the number the more acidic the water
is).
5.7 Dependence of the concentration of hydrogen ions (pH)
in the activated water on the activator's Operation time is
shown in Table l. The present values have been obtained by
activating the water available from the local (Panevėžys)
water supply System with its incoming pH is approximately
7,4. In the event the water in other areas is of different
composition, the concentration values may he slightly different.
Variations in concentration of+/- (0,2 to 0,3) pH are practically
insignificant.

6. PROPERTIRS OF TUE SILVERED WATER AND ITS
APPLICATION
6.1 I he silvered water destroys microbes and bacteria. Small
doses of silver (0,01 mg) have positive effect on the organism.
6.2 The effect of silvered water application is felt after
considerable period of time and depends on the concentration:
the higher the concentration, the faster the effect of the
water used is achieved.
6.3 The silvered water maintains its properties for several
months.
6.4 Water taken from water supply systems or wells may be
used for generation of silvered water. It is recommended to
use filtered water, or the water from the water supply system
that has been standing for several hours in order to achieve
evaporation of chlorine from it.
6.5 Properly prepared silvered water of low concentration
(up lo 0.05 mg/l) is absolutely clear, odourless and tasteless.
It should be stored in the dark or in wares protecting the
water from daylight. The water should not be boiled as in
such a case the silver turns into the deposit and the water
loses the properties acquired.
6.6 In case the silvered water is used for drinking on
regular basis, die silver concentration should not exceed
0,01 mg/I (UN 48-1994. Harmful substances. Their concentration
and temporarily admissive levels in water used for human consumption).
Such concentration is achieved when the appliance is kept
switched on for 2 seconds. (See Table 2)

7. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
7.1 The appliance may be connected to the mains network only
after it has been prepared for Operation, i.e. the vessel(s)
liave been filled with water and the cover (10) has been put
on.
7.2 It is PROHIBITED:
7.2.1 To remove the cover (10) from the lower vessel or take
off die lid of the cover when the appliance is connected to
the mains network.
7.2.2 To keep the running appliance close to open flame and
to scintillating equipment.
7.2.3 To leave the appliance switched on for periods longer
than specified in the user's manual.
7.3 Keep the running appliance away from reach of children
and do not leave unattended.
8. PRODUCTION OF ACTIVATED WATER (MODIFICATIONS
K and A)
8.1 Holding the lower vessel (l) by its handles(2), lift
it up and remove the appliance cover(10)
8.2 Check whether the partitions (5) have been tightly inserted
into the groves of the removable tank.
8.3 Pour in some water: first into the removable tank, and
then to the lower vessel to the lower marking.
8.4 Carefully replace the cover (10) onto the lower vessel
so that the dark electrode goes into the removable tank (4),
and the pins (3) could easily slip into the holes located
in the handles of the cover.
8.5 Connect the appliance to the mains (insert the plug of
the mains cable into the outlet), place the switch to position
A (modification K) or place it to "on" (modification A) and
take note of the switching-on time. The green LED and the
red A L1ZD should illuminate. The time for running the appliance
shall be established according to Table l.
8.6 After the selected time has elapsed, turn the switch
to neutral (middle) position (modification K) or switch it
off (modification A), pull out the plug from the mains socket,
take off the cover and pour out first the lifeless water and
then the live water into prepared separate tanks, that can
be tightly closed.
A small quantity of foam on the surface of the live water,
and acid odour coming the lifeless water as well as a little
hot water show that the water got activated.
8.7 Rinse the vessels immediately. The light colour electrode
should be cleaned using soft cloth soaked with table vinegar.
8.8 After the partitions (5) become dry, assemble the appliance
and keep it in dry place.
Notes:
1. During usage the partition may bloat and bow. This does
not have any impact on the water quality. The most important
thing is to ensure that the partitions prevent the waters
from getting mixed. When rinsing the removable tank, the partitions
should not be removed. There is no need to collect the foam
appearing on the surface of live water. The foam would turn
into deposit and the water becomes clear.
2. If you notice that the exterior coating of the dark
electrode is damaged, then it is recommended to replace it
by a new one.
3. If you wish to prepare another portion of activated water,
fill the appliance with water again and connect it to the
mains.
4. Spare electrodes and partitions can be obtained at retail
points dealing in such appliances.
9. PRODUCTION OF SILVERED WATER (MOD1FICATIONS
K and J)
9.1 Holding the lower vessel (l) by its handles (2), lift
it up and remove the appliances cover (10).
9.2 Remove the plug from the cover und place the electrode
holder with round electrodes into the openings (18, 19) (modification
K). Different diameters of openings and plugs ensure that
these electrodes arc installed correctly.
9.3 Take out the removable tank (it is not required for generation
of silvered water).
9.4 Pour in some water to the level between the two marks.
9.5 Put on the cover (10) on the lower vessel (l) in the
way that the pins (3) easily enter the holes in the cover
handles.
9.6 Insert the plug of the mains cable into the outlet, decide
on the time of running the appliance according to Table 2,
then turn the switch to position J (modification K) or place
it in "on" position (modification J). E.g. if the reiquired
operation time is 2 sec.. then it is enough to slowly pronounce
„twenty one“ and turn the switch off.
9.7 Disconnect the plug from the mains socket, take off the
cover and pour out the silvered water into any dark or tinted
tank.
9.8 Periodically clean the round electrodes using soft cloth.
More contaminated electrode maybe cleaned with soft cloth
soaked in table vinegar. Dark coating appearing on the silver
electrode does not have any impact on the quality of the silvered
water.
9.9 Assemble the appliance and keep it in dry place.
Note. 9.2 and 9.3 are not applicable lo electrolyser of modification

Frequently asked questions
ABOUT ACTIVATED WATER
1.How does water influence our health?
Water constitutes 70 % of a human body. There are 40-45 litres
of various liquids in each body: 5 litres of blood, 28 litres
of cellular and non-cellular liquid, etc. Life is nothing
but movement of these liquids in cells and among them. If
this movement slows down, a person falls ill. People often
do not understand that many ailments are caused by shortage
of water in their organisms. The amount of water that the
body itself is able to generate out of fats and carbohydrates
is only 300 grams a day. That’s why it is recommended
to drink 2-2,5 litres of liquids each day. Quality of the
water we drink is also very important.
2.What are the advantages of activated water?
Composition and qualities of activated water are very close
to those of the body liquids than the composition and qualities
of ordinary potable water. That’s why it immediately
joins vital activities of the organism and makes great impact
on our health.
3.How does water become activated?
Activated water, otherwise called living and liveless water,
is made of ordinary water by way of electrolysis. Water electrolysis
is performed in a device with two separate sections (electrolyser
PTV-A or PTV-K). The water is divided into two parts. Water
in one section acquires a weak negative charge and becomes
alkaline (pH = 10-12). Such water is called living water or
catholyte. Water in the other section acquires a weak positive
charge and becomes acidic (pH = 2-4). This is liveless (dead)
water or anolyte.
4.What gives activity to water?
Water activity depends on two factors. One is the charge
acquired (i.e. water becomes a weak electrolyte, like body
liquids) and the other is its alkaline or acidic medium.
5.How does the effect of activated water manifest itself?
Liquids of a human body (blood, intercellular liquid, etc.)
are weak electrolytes. As activated water has a similar charge,
the body immediately recognises it as “one’s own”
and such water takes part in body activity processes. The
science of medicine defines an illness as a disorder of cellular
energetic system. Activated water effectively eliminates such
disorders and their causes.
Besides, different pH of the two parts of activated water
influences alkaline-acidic balance of the body.
It is also important that anolyte naturally enriches our
bodies with positive hydrogen ions (protons) as shortage of
protons is the cause for many illnesses.
6.What are the properties of living water and why was it
called “living”?
Living water (catholyte) acquires a small negative charge
and becomes alkaline (OH-). Thanks to these properties such
water stirs up all the body, gives it energy and briskness,
stimulates cell regeneration, gently increases blood pressure,
is very efficient for treatment of various scratches and wounds.
That’s why it’s called “living water”.
The water contains some deposit, its quantity shows how polluted
drinking water is. These are oxides of heavy metals, radionuclides.
It was established that living water regulates the amount
of calcium in blood. Surplus of calcium can cause osteochondrosis,
atherosclerosis, polyarthritis. That’s why blood acquires
weak acidic medium and performs functions of antioxidant by
removing excess amount of calcium from the organism. This
is one of the preconditions of long life.
7.“Liveless water” sounds rather strange, is
it worse than living water?
Liveless water is also good for the body. Thanks to its positive
charge, acidic medium (H+) and a small amount of chlorine
this water acquires bactericidal properties. Thus liveless
water kills bacteria, small pests, and is used as a disinfectant.
That’s why it is called “liveless water”.
It reduces blood pressure, improves one’s sleep and
has a tranquillising effect. Liveless water can dissolve salts,
stones, and reduce pain in joints. This water is very efficient
in treatment of cold, sore throat, or influenza. It is very
good to rinse one’s mouth and nose with liveless water
in the evenings, i.e. to disinfect these cavities and destroy
pathogens.
8.Can liveless water stop the process of growing old?
According to the Russian scientist V. Volkov, people get
old and ill because the amount of cellular liquid used for
generation of positive hydrogen ions H+ (protons) increases.
The older is the person, the smaller is the amount of water
in his/her body. Cells loose their liquid, their functions
get weaker and finally the cells die. The scientist draws
the following conclusion: if the body is provided an opportunity
to restore the missing level of hydrogen ions (protons), it
might be possible to reduce not only sickness rate and ageing
but even to stimulate renewal of the body. V. Volkov recommends
using liveless water (anolyte) as the concentration of hydrogen
ions (protons) in it is higher. Such water is easily adopted
by the organism and efficient in replenishing the body with
hydrogen ions.
9.Perhaps activated water is a universal remedy?
Universal medicine will hardly ever be invented. But activated
water is very important for those who love themselves (love
here is understood as ability to avoid illnesses, to enjoy
life), and propagate healthy way of life. It is a natural
source of life, not an artificial chemical product. Properties
of activated water make it similar to body liquids, help to
activate our vital powers. Activated water is very effective
as a means of prophylactics. The most important is not to
cure the disease but to avoid it.
10.Is activated water applied in other spheres?
Sure it is. Activated water is well-evaluated by gardeners,
flower-growers, and farmers. If seeds are kept in activated
water before planting they sprout faster, give faster and
larger yield. Chicken, goslings, calves, and piglets grow
faster if they drink activated water.
The harvest collected in autumn can be stored for a longer
period if it is treated with liveless water (sprayed or immersed).
11.Where can we find more information about activated water?
The book “Activated and Silvered Water” by P.
Shibilskis gives general overview of the experience of foreign
scientists and over 120 recommendations how to use this source
of health for treatment of various illnesses, in our daily
life and agriculture.
ABOUT SILVERED WATER
1.What is special about silvered water?
Curative, disinfecting and preserving properties of silver
have been known since ancient times. Water kept in silver
ware (remember consecrated water kept in churches) remains
fresh for a very long time. The secret is simple. Even a small
quantity of silver in water or other liquid destroys bacteria
and microbes. Silvered water is water enriched with positive
silver ions. The source of silver ions is a silver (assay
999,9) electrode installed in electrolysers PTV-J or PTV-K.
During electrolysis the necessary amount of silver ions gets
into water.
2.What is the effect of silvered water?
Silvered water is biologically clean, it contains no microbes,
bacteria that often cause various diseases. Such water is
a wonderful means of prophylactics. Small doses of silver
stimulate physiological processes and blood production, increase
the amount of protein in blood, strengthen immunity system.
Another important property of silvered water is that it destroys
bacteria and viruses (antibiotics fight only bacteria). Positive
silver ions oxidise pathogens, they loose their negative charge
and die.
3.What should the concentration of silvered water be?
Effect of silvered water depends on silver concentration,
which is measured by milligrams in litre (mg/l). The higher
is silver concentration the stronger is the effect.
For example, water with 0,05 mg/l silver concentration would
destroy microbes within 5 minutes, 0,2 mg/l concentration
– within 2 minutes, and 1 mg/l concentration would start
its activity immediately. The latter dose would kill intestine
rods within 3 minutes, the dose of 0,5 mg/l – within
20 minutes. Silvered water of high concentration is used for
lotions, wet compresses, disinfecting, etc.
Concentration of silvered water for everyday use must not
exceed 0,01-0,02 mg/l.
4.What is the difference between silvered and filtered water?
Water filters reduce physical and chemical pollution of water.
In addition to that, silver in water reduces biological pollution,
i.e. water becomes biologically clean.
5.Where can we find more information about silvered water?
The book “Activated and Silvered Water” by P.
Shibilskis gives over 30 recommendations how to use this water
for treatment of various illnesses. Besides, such information
can be found in specialised literature of medicine.
